Why is Gary the Garibaldi for ages 8 and up for open tours? The safety of our guests is our top priority. While we do have the equipment to accommodate younger children, we limit participation to ages 8 and up on open tours to comply with California vehicle safety standards and to ensure a consistent level of safety and comfort for all guests. Because we cannot always carry safety seats on open tours, younger children are not permitted. However, on private tours, we can plan ahead to accommodate younger children ages 5+ with appropriate safety seats. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us provide the best experience possible!
How far do you walk on the tour? Our tours are leisurely in nature and roughly a mile. There are opportunities along the walk to sit for a moment if desired.
Where are the restrooms located? There is a restroom located at the Green Pleasure Pier and at the end of the walking tour route.
I purchased a tour for the wrong day. Can I get a refund? No, all sales are final if purchase protection was not added at the time of purchase.
